FormaPauper provides a free, AI-assisted platform for generating court-procedure-aware legal documents for pro se litigants in New Jersey. It is a document generation and procedural guidance tool only — not a legal service, law firm, or legal advice provider.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use FormaPauper only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the platform to generate fraudulent, harassing, or abusive documents
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
- Use the platform to violate court rules or obstruct justice
- Submit false or misleading information to generate documents intended to deceive a court
Limitation of Liability
FormaPauper and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. You assume full responsibility for how you use generated documents.
Intellectual Property
Documents you generate using your own factual input belong to you. The platform's software, prompts, design, and underlying code are proprietary to FormaPauper.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
